		<description>hahah... you are totally UHC (ultra hard core).  However, the choice to not run outside on a day that could possibly get you injured i.e. slipping and falling on an ice patch (I've done this and torn my tough girl) or damp, cold winy air transferring some type of germy cold to you is anything but wimpy - it's ridiculously SMART. Kudos to you and have a great run today.  I am running 13 tonight and will be thinking about my lovely and tough Mrs. Gumkowski!!</description>
