		<description>Little fishy!  Thank you AGAIN for your patience and encouragement Saturday.  I had more 1 arm drills today and really focused on the drag.  I think I was holding my head too low in the water today hence the extra lift to breathe...worked on that and about a zillion other things.  
How are you doing on the elliptical?  LOVE IT? HATE IT?  
Despite the fact that you are going to kick booty at the swim at IMCdA, you are also going to do really well on the bike and run - girl, I will totally help you with that as long as you continue to have patience with me in the water!!  Email me your schedule this week - I want to see if there are any opportunities for us to work out together.  :)</description>
