Rome Marathon coming up on 16 March.......not quite as many long runs as I wanted due to my calf strain but I HOPE the Goofy training will carry me over...... I am still struggling to get up at 5.30 to train ..so you are my hero for tipping out at 5.00 !!!! Keep up the great work !
